·        Only applications with the registration number (generated after applying online) will be entertained. 

·        Before filling up the online application form the candidate should get the Bank Demand Draft (of an appropriate amount as per his/her category as mentioned in the advertisement / call for applications) in favour of Director CDAC, MOHALI, payable at Chandigarh.

·        Applicant should fill the online application form carefully and check all details filled thoroughly before submitting. This office will not be responsible for any incorrect / incomplete entries made by the candidate and he/she will be responsible for any consequences on this account. Last date for applying online is 31-July-2010 till 5:00PM.

·        Every successful application will be allotted a Registration Number.

·        On successful submission of online application form, the candidate is required to take   printout (2 copies) of acknowledgment, which will have Registration Number as well as other details filled by the candidate. 

·        One hard copy is to be retained by the candidate and the second copy along with attested passport size photograph (pasted on this copy) and the original Demand Draft  of  an appropriate application fee  must be sent through Registered/Speed Post/in person to C-DAC Mohali, A-34, Phase VIII, Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab, 160071 which should reach on or before 06-Aug-2010 till 5:00 pm.

·         The applicants can edit (in case of any mistakes while filling the application form online) the filled online application form by entering their Registration Number & Password (secret), the password will be automatically generated and will be mentioned on the acknowledgment.
