Clinical Consultant - Medical, Evaluation and Control Architecture
C-DAC Mohali has a clinical/telemedicine consultant who designed, implemented and evaluated a number of different telemedicine activities and technologies and acted as the Subject Matter Expert for Tele-health Network. IP-based tele-health network links remotest locations to each other and to referral centers located in other locations for remote consultations, tele-education and videoconferencing. This network requires policies and procedures for communication.
Control architecture is the systems management structure and includes standards, policies, strategic plans, budget, data ownership and privacy, project management methodology, capacity planning methodology, and configuration management.
