Admission Procedure As per the new policy of Ministry of External Affairs only those nominations would be accepted which are filled in new application format. The Admissions for the training program for International Participants under ITEC/SCAAP are planned to be conducted online for which following procedure is to be followed:

• The scanned copy of the form duly filled by the candidate and forwarded by the Head of the Institution and Embassy/Mission of India should reach the TC division of Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India.
• The form received online would be scrutinized and allotted the registration number by the TC division MEA, Govt. of India.
• The form further would be forwarded for acceptance to C-DAC Mohali.
• On receipt of acceptance, MEA, Govt. of India, confirms the nomination by sending the confirmation to respective Mission of India.
